About SA Innovation Network

The SA Innovation Network (SAiN) provides a virtual front door for business and government to connect with SA’s 3 major universities – the University of Adelaide, Flinders University and the University of South Australia.

The site was born out of a desire to foster knowledge transfer, support innovation and facilitate more collaboration between industry and research institutions. Whether you’re seeking research expertise to solve a business problem, to develop new products and services or to shape public policy, SAiN provides a free, two-way communication channel and partnering facilitator to engage with a network of more than 3000 university researchers.

By telling us a little about your business need through the website enquiry form, we’ll help you to find the university-based know-how, capabilities and facilities to innovate and connect you to the right people.

Through the site you will also learn how other organisations, big and small, are already benefiting from working with SA’s Universities.
South Australia’s Universities are regarded as some of the best in the world. They can provide you with expert consultants, licensing of intellectual property, contract research, access to government funding and corporate education, as well as a variety of other services.

We believe that working with researchers can give Australian businesses a competitive edge, and researchers also benefit through seeing their work have real world impact.
